Sandalwood Lakes is a community of 888 townhouses set on nearly 100 acres in West Palm Beach surrounded by water features, mature oak trees, and a peaceful atmosphere. Built in the early 1980’s by Burg & Divosta the Association encompasses everything from 1st Way to 47th Way. Conveniently located with access to I-95 at 45th Street and only a 15 minute drive to Palm Beach International Airport, Sandalwood is ideally situated for commuters and travelers.

As members of the Villages of Palm Beach Lakes POA we have access to three private parks each with their own tennis courts, green spaces, swimming pools, playgrounds and more. The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches is next door providing MLB spring training entertainment with the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals. Additionally the Village Paws Park is a county maintained dog park a short 1 mile away with spaces for large and small breeds.

We belong to the Egret Lakes Elementary School, Bear Lakes Middle School, and Palm Beach Lakes High School territories.

The Village of Sandalwood Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is a private non-profit organization.
