Since January 2024 we’ve moved to The General Ledger (TGL) for all of our financial management. TGL uses the PayHOA platform and you can sign up for your account by contacting TGL. Click here to find links to and instructions for signing up with TGL. Please DO NOT contact TGL for regular HOA maintenance or anything else outside of monthly dues type questions. Any maintenance or HOA related type questions should go to our HOA office via office@voslhoa.com or by phone (561) 721-6411

We don’t have a bulk trash service, so whenever someone leaves items around the dumpsters the HOA has to shoulder the costs of disposal. Help us to reduce this problem by reporting this violation to office@voslhoa.com.
-
If it’s not regular household trash in a trash bag it doesn’t belong in the dumpster or outside the dumpster. Bulk items are construction materials, toilets, sinks, cabinets, furniture, TV’s, grills, bed frames, mattresses, spring boxes etc. YOU CANNOT PLACE THOSE ITEMS IN OR OUTSIDE THE DUMPSTERS. You can click here to find a list of services and locations that you can use to dispose of your non-trash items. Leaving items around the dumpster will result in fines. Please do your part to keep our community clean.

The doors and walls must be the colors selected by the Association. You can request paint for the front door, or to touch up the stucco walls through your PayHOA account under the Requests tab found at the top. The paint will be dropped off at your unit in a mason jar and you are responsible for completing the work yourself.
You are responsible for your sliding glass doors and screen frames, including purchasing the paint yourself. The HOA recommends a DTM (Direct to Metal) paint. The color must be a dark bronze to match the rest of the community. A commonly available product which meets these requirements is Rust-Oleum ‘s Semi-Gloss Anodized Bronze Spray Paint #7754830.

You can find out when your roof or fence was last replaced by logging into your PayHOA dashboard and look at the bottom of the page for the “Custom Filed” tab. You can find your assigned parking spaces, building number, pets registered to your unit, fence replacement or roof replacement year under this tab. If for any reason the information is not displayed or you have additional questions, please email the office at office@voslhoa.com.

Yes you do. Any vehicle in a guest spot—even your own vehicle that you have registered with the HOA and have a yellow decal in the window. That’s because registering with the HOA and registering with the booting company are two separate systems that don’t communicate.
We understand that there is the rare occasion when you have to park in a guest spot for one reason or another. Just remember that any vehicle parked in a guest spot needs to be registered.
