FAQ

  • Beginning in January 2024 we’ve moved to The General Ledger (TGL) for all of our financial management. TGL uses the PayHOA platform and you can sign up for your account by contacting TGL. Click here to find links to and instructions for signing up with TGL.

  • We don’t have a bulk trash service, so whenever someone leaves items around the dumpsters the HOA has to shoulder the costs of disposal. Help us to reduce this problem by reporting this violation on the Report An Issue page.

  • If it’s not regular household trash in a trash bag it doesn’t belong in the dumpster. You can click here to find a list of services and locations that you can use to dispose of your non-trash items. Leaving items around the dumpster will result in fine. Please do your part to keep our community clean.

  • The doors and walls must be the colors selected by the Association. You can request paint for the front door, or to touch up the stucco walls here on the Report An Issue page in the Courtyard Maintenance section. The paint will be dropped off at your unit in a mason jar and you are responsible for completing the work yourself.

For refreshing your sliding glass doors, you’ll be responsible for purchasing the paint yourself. You can find information about the paint type and color on the Report An issue page (click the link in the paragraph above).

  • To find out when your roof or fence was last replaced, and if it is currently on the schedule for replacement, please email the office at office@voslhoa.com.

  • Water, trash collection and recycling, and cable/internet are all bundled in with your dues.

  • Yes you do. Any vehicle in a guest spot—even your own vehicle that you have registered with the HOA and have a yellow decal in the window. That’s because registering with the HOA and registering with the booting company are two separate systems that don’t communicate.

We understand that there is the rare occasion when you have to park in a guest spot for one reason or another. Just remember that any vehicle parked in a guest spot needs to be registered.
