Contracts for sale or lease must be submitted to the office of the HOA prior to execution of contract. The HOA will issue a Certificate indicating the Association’s approval within 10 days.

Moving in before an application has been approved can result in fines for the owner, termination of the lease, and eviction of the tenant.
Purchasers/Owners

Estoppel Certificates
Per Florida Statutes Ch 720.30851 certificates will be issued within 10 days.

Estoppel requests cost $275 (or $375 for 3 day rush) payable by check.
Additionally, you must make a separate Estoppel request to the master association. Contact them for fees and payment methods.
