VOSL is a single family townhouse community.
Contracts for sale or lease must be submitted to the office of the HOA as instructed on the Application. The HOA will issue a Certificate of Occupancy ONLY after an Orientation with all the individuals intending to reside in our community takes place. Occupying a unit without proper approval and orientation is an automatic Violation of our Rules and will result in Lease termination and/or fines.

Village of Sandalwood Lakes North HOA,

These applications are only valid for addresses on 1st Way through 47th Way.
Tenants
Download and complete this application to lease a townhouse.
Moving in before an application has been approved can result in fines for the owner, termination of the lease, and eviction of the tenant.
Purchasers/Owners

Estoppel Certificates
Per Florida Statutes Ch 720.30851 certificates will be issued within 10 days.

Estoppel requests cost $275 (or $375 for 3 day rush) payable by check.
Additionally, you must make a separate Estoppel request to the master association. Contact them for fees and payment methods.
