The Association has discontinued the use of coupon books beginning in 2024.

Regardless of how you choose to pay your assessments please register your property with The General Ledger to get access to PayHOA.com.

If you do not have an account already (from paying the 2023 special assessment) Email hoa@thegeneralledger.com and ask to be activated. Include your NAME and UNIT NUMBER.
You will receive an email back with an activation link to complete your setup.
You can choose to either login monthly to pay or setup Autopay to debit a bank account or charge a credit card*.
*using a debit or credit card incurs a fee

Payment must arrive by the 1st of the month but not later than the 14th to avoid being charged a late fee.
Include your unit number on the check or money order.

You will receive an email back with an activation link.
Complete your setup.

New owners must present a copy of their Warranty Deed to be activated.
