It is the owner’s responsibility to clean out your own dryer vents when they are clogged. This must be done from the inside only as going on the roof voids the roof warranty. The Association recommends:

Bulk Item Removal
Disposing of large items by the dumpsters is not allowed. Our crew has to pick up all these items, drive to the dump, and pay the per pound fees. On average it costs $3,600 per year plus labor from two employees and the use of the dump truck.

HE Toilet Program
The West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department is providing $125 High Efficiency Toilet Credits for the replacement of residential and commercial toilets to promote water conservation.
