  • Common violations: screens/glass doors frames faded, gazebo covers damage, shutters closed, overgrown plants/banned plants, bulk trash

  • Members should be highly considering opting in for electronic communication and E-voting

  • Members can use PayHOA for general and maintenance requests for data tracking on work orders

  • Residents are highly encouraged to use the HOA website for answers to general questions, Rules & Regulations and documents needed as well as info on community services schedule - www.voslhoa.com
