Reminders: Violations reminders - shutters closed, hard top gazebos, gazebos without the top cover, pop up gazebos, front doors being white, plants growing into the mansards, car washing, yard lights hang from the balconies, dogs off the leash, dog waste not picked up, fence/gate unapproved signs, screens torn, faded or missing, bulk trash, cardboard boxes not broken down or thrown into the dumpsters.
