  • Switch to Brown & Brown Insurance – amend the motion from 9/9 to remain with IOA

  • FlockSafety cameras installation at the 4 entrances – Motion to proceed

  • Enter into a contract with a new CPA form for 2025 – Motion to proceed

  • Review bids received to date for community services and set up budget workshop dates for 2025 budget preparation

  • Nominate 2025 Budget Committee and set up 1st workshop date – Motion to proceed

  • Implement decal indicators to include the month and year of lease – Motion to proceed

  • Discussion on fence painting project to be considered for 2025

  • Discussion on parking the box truck on property

  • Discussion on renting parking spaces

  • Discussion on placing HOA funds into a high yield savings account, CD, or other method to earn interest

  • Common violations: overgrown plants/banned plants, bulk trash, street parking/driving on the grass

  • Members should be considering opting in for electronic communication and E-voting

  • November 4th (2025 Budget review) and December 5th (2025 Budget Approval) Board Meetings will be held at UMC Church located at – 900 Brandywine Rd WPB, FL 33409
