Switch to Brown & Brown Insurance – amend the motion from 9/9 to remain with IOA

Enter into a contract with a new CPA form for 2025 – Motion to proceed
Review bids received to date for community services and set up budget workshop dates for 2025 budget preparation
Nominate 2025 Budget Committee and set up 1st workshop date – Motion to proceed
Implement decal indicators to include the month and year of lease – Motion to proceed
Discussion on fence painting project to be considered for 2025
Discussion on parking the box truck on property
